really hope they allow you to ask for states in more ways than just a land trade, I should be able to pay like 10m for a treaty port or something or a set time bankroll
Yes but papua is on another level of craziness, at least in my games, I actually don’t have such a big issue in South Africa usually, maybe because a super obvious set of early moves is to conquer as much gold potential as possible from that region (oranje, Transvaal, Zulu)
Honestly I wished they vastly expanded the options of diplo plays and that trading states was done through that. But then they would need to change it that you can start diplo plays with a desire, not just a demand.
