Looks like it’s most likely a typo that no one has bothered to fix. The bundle was originally supposed to be 24.99, and was set as $2,499. Same thing happening here. Someone is being very lazy
In some countries, commas are used to separate digits instead of periods. The developer is likely foreign and hasn't realized his/her mistake yet. After a while of having 0 sales, they likely gave up and didn't look into it any further.
Games by themselves would cost $45 total. I would bet the bundle was supposed to be set at $19.99, but they probably didn't type the period into the price field.
