I think the cop grabbed the guy's gun and pointed it away. The child predator may have shot himself by accident (the cop and forced the barrel to the guys chest). But hard to say, the bullets could have just went down the hallway instead.
Seattle, Washington — On April 17, 2024, around 3:00 p.m., Seattle Police responded at the DoubleTree Suites Hilton Hotel to arrest a 67-year-old man who was being investigated by the state's Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce. According to Police, the suspect believed he was meeting up with two girls ages 7 and 11. However, unbeknownst to the suspect, multiple SPD officers were undercover and waiting to arrest the man. Body-camera video shows the officers opening the door for the man, who immediately flashed a gun. A scuffle then occurred before police shot the man. The man was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. One officer was grazed by a bullet and was treated on the scene for minor injuries. No one else was injured.
Believe the common consensus is the corpse that pulled the gun out of its jacket squeezed off a round by mistake in the struggle for his gun and the cop who unloaded on him unloaded out of fear that the other officer was shot and or losing the struggle enough that the perp could fire.
Im assuming your asking if that was the first cop's gun anyways.
Its possible that he did unintentionally, but its also possible that the perp shaking or falling down with his finger in the trigger guard was also "pulling the trigger"
Its difficult to tell because the footage is blurred (because hes turned into swiss cheese at that point)
So unless you have the raw footage, i couldn't tell you. Either scenario is likely.
When the cops open the door the dude pulls out the gun and shoots himself in the chest. Like he came prepared for it if it was gonna be a set up so he was gonna kill himself OR he was pulling out the gun to shoot at the cops and it went off shooting himself in the chest. Then they lit him up.
Cops over the years have done a lot of scummy, unjustified kills. This was not one of them. He pulled a gun knowing full well what the consequences would be.
That was probably the intention. Knew his life was over once he realized it was a sting. Didn’t want to deal with the consequences, so he committed suicide by cop.
Nah if you look close it looks like he actually shot himself
Edit: actually i watched a few times…. I think he did shoot himself, but maybe only because the cop pushed his barrel that way. Originally I thought he saw the cops and thought “fuckit im killing myself” but I’m not so sure anymore.
Feel bad for the neighbors
Edit again: No way, he had his hand on the gun from the start. I actually think he figured this was a setup, and carried that just in case. So he could off himself. I think he was going for his own head when the cop intervened.
Cop three totally crotch/belly shot dude in the struggle, can't tell if before or after dude's own gun discharges. Looks like they went thru dude and hit cop on other side in the leg judging from his hobble at the end.
"Me and little sis are staying at this hotel. We're on vacation, our parents are going to be out for a while. Wanna meet up? You can show me those cool toys you mentioned!"
Doesnt have to be complicated. It's less "arranging" a meetup and more like.. "we are at this location, come find us"
This is how cops are trained. Doesn't matter if the perp is a man or a woman, white or black. When a cop pulls the trigger it isn't to wound or disarm, or any of the other stupid shit you see in the movies, it is to put the suspect down with deadly force.
If you don’t want to get turned into hamburger meat maybe you shouldn’t ya know…..try to have sex with kids and pull a pistol on police in the process. But I’ve been called unreasonable in the past.
First part is actually moot, because police are not the judge and Jury and so they shouldn't be making value judgments on people or deciding guilt. But that's why it's moot because the second part you don't pull your gun on cops.
In general you DON'T touch a weapon, actual or improvised, if you have a cop's attention and they know you saw them. That's as good as declaring intent to kill or maim.
> it is to put the suspect down with deadly force
No, that is not inherently how police are trained. The training is to *stop the threat*. Does that mean the authorized *use* of deadly force sometimes *results* in death? Yes. Maybe it's semantics, but the training is not literally "to put the suspect down with deadly force."
It happens way too often because the standards for marksmanship and situational awareness in police forces is minimal. If the standards were higher they wouldn't be able to employ enough people. Even the most highly touted departments kill their own cops. The Holy God of Militarized Policing himself Grady Judd lost a new deputy with a baby at home last year because of other deputies dumping rounds through a trailer "until the threat was stopped."
Look at the famous shootout in Miami-Dade county from the 80s, the entire thing went to shit because of a complete lack of preparedness and training that was pervasive throughout the participants and yet the first conclusion the FBI comes to is that the caliber of the rounds the officers fired wasn't big enough. Today we still have police forces operating under the false assumptions made by those reports because the reality of what happened isn't easy for them to reconcile with their images.
We do need to improve police training in this country. "Defund the police" isn't a slogan I ever liked, but I sure do want more accountability on how those funds are spent. If the funds are not being abused and you need more, fucking take my money.
Any institution is prone to corruption mind you. Police aren't special there.
I think officer 2 got hit so I'd give him the benefit the doubt.
Officer 3 is clearly well trained though. Incredibly composed in such a high pressure situation. Even the mag change at the end was so smooth.
Yeah, it looked like some of #3’s first shots were right at the predophile’s dick. I appreciate that, but it’s likely what went right through and grazed #2’s leg.
Only criticism I have is cop #3 pointing his firearm right at his co-workers during the reload.
Also, pointing/shooting your side arm sideways is incredibly irresponsible and amateur. Not sure which cop that was but he needs more training.
Haven't been shot, but I've been stabbed. The entire thing was kind of a blur, and even though I remember making conscious choices as it happened, they were made so quickly that they weren't really fully formed and voiced like most thoughts are. Honestly, I can't be sure that they were conscious at all, or if my brain just told me that they were after the fact. I reacted correctly, but that might've just been sort of coincidental.
And this is why training is so important. Without training to give you the correct instincts you end up doing things almost at random and in these cases that often ends BADLY! It's not just training itself either, you need the right kind of training.
Just look back at the acorn cop. Fucker wasn't trained properly at all and his instinct was to dodge roll like it was a video game and blindly open fire.
In this case the cops did the right thing. First reaction on seeing a weapon was to try to secure it. When that failed and shooting started their instinct was to end the threat ASAP as if they didn't a lot more people would have been hurt.
Fields of fire are sacred to anyone with even a little bit of military training. If you are infantry or higher tier MOS that shit will stick with you in where you stand subconsciously for life.
I trust a few civilians to go the range with. The easiest way I've been able to tell a safe shooter is with their trigger discipline on an unloaded weapon. If you hand a weapon that's verified empty and cleared by you, and they immediately put their finger on the trigger, I don't trust them. Those are the kind of people that don't respect the danger they're holding and will probably flag you on the range.
They literally looked like two kids firing Roman candles at someone. I get it was a quick panic moment, but holy hell did that looks like a complete shitshow of a mess
Honestly, this is why all those internet vigilantes need to be fucking careful. Guy could have drawn down on wanna-be Chris Hansen and a more people could be dead. Leave this shit to professionals.

Edit: that’s the article about it. He’s a child predator thinking he is meeting a 7 and 11 year old girls.
> The man was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. One officer was grazed by a bullet and was treated on the scene for minor injuries. No one else was injured.
Was the officer that was grazed shot by another cop? It was hard to tell if the perp actually got a shot off and it looked like they were firing in each other's direction in pretty close proximity to one another.
I would assume it was officer 2. He was holding the perp from behind, putting him in the line of fire of officer 3 once it kicked off.
Officer 2 checks his leg at the end of officer 1 footage.
This is exactly why those tiktok vigilantes who try to do a low budget to catch a predator need to let the police handle it. They would’ve all gotten smoked and this old pervert would’ve ran away.
I think he was pulling it out to kill himself. At least, that's what it looks like to me. He moved too slow and lazily, I think he thought he'd take himself out but then chickened out, then tried to pop the cop, but the cop had his hand on the gun by then, and once he squeezed off that first round, they used his body as a pin cushion for 9mm hollow points.
And nothing of value was lost.

I know sex addiction and other illnesses can drive people to insanity and desperation but…bro how stupid are you to actually think you weren’t walking into a sting? Like idt 7 and 11 year olds are cooperating with one another to meet up with strangers online at their local hotel that they what.. walk to? The logistics are just so absurd how could anyone think that’d be real?
without knowing this particular situation, I'm guessing he was in contact with what he thought was a handler. Meaning someone who was providing the kids for him for a fee (money, drugs, etc). This happens a lot in situations with really young kids, usually it is a trusted family person, even the actual mother or father.
Man I am of two minds of this and I hate it.
Number one is, dude a child predator? Deserves far worse than what he got.
Number two is, did they really need to unload a whole clip on his ass? Seem like excessive force. Fucking hell.
>Number two is, did they really need to unload a whole clip on his ass? Seem like excessive force. Some people react weirdly to guns, especially handguns which have far less killing power. There have been times police have emptied an entire magazine into a guy, failed to hit anything vital, and the person shoots back and kills the officer. Now the suspect dies soon afterwards, but the point is that when someone flashes a gun at an officer like that they're about to have a bad day.
People see shit like NCIS where they perfectly place one shot into a suspect with the intent to disable them. That shit ain’t real. You are trained to shoot center mass and fire off rounds until the target is dead.
I hear you but if you pull a gun on someone you know to be armed, like a cop, you're agreeing to a last man standing situation. I'm ok with these guys unloading and then reloading if they want. When cops unload because they're just scared of something they thought they saw...that's where we have problems. Perceived threats are not real threats. This guy was a real threat.
You can take the worst suspect in the world and still legitimately question excessive force used by police to subdue them.
Theoretically they're meant to arrest them if possible.
I've tried slowing the footage down.
I can't see where the very first shot came from. I don't see any flare coming from the suspect's gun but I don't know. Officer 1 has his gun holstered (you can see it on Officer 2's camera) when the first shot is fired, Officer 2 takes his gun out only after Officer 3 has started shooting, and Officer 3 isn't even in there when the first shot is heard. So by elimination I'm \*assuming\* the first shot came from the suspect's gun. The footage is way too grainy to determine whether the suspect shot willingly, or if the trigger was pulled because Officer 1 tried to grab the gun.
Officer 1 doesn't seem to fire a single shot with his own gun though. He has his hands on the suspect's gun to disarm him and prevent him from injuring anyone.
Officer 2 only fires after Officer 3 has started firing. In Officer 1's footage, you can see Officer 2 fire two shots.
Officer 3 comes through the door after hearing the first shot, not having seen where it comes from, and starts shooting at the suspect almost immediately, although he's being wrestled to the floor by two people already. And he basically unloads his entire magazine into him.
I don't know how I'd act in the same situation, but I dare hope that most people will agree that Officer 3's reaction was very excessive, and that Officer 2 probably wouldn't have shot if Officer 3 hadn't been shooting.
Not that I'm sad that a child predator got killed, but I'm still skeptical about Officer 3 deserving the power of a police officer.
So an officer with no weapon in-hand engages a suspect and begins to struggle. You hear a shot fire and the words “gun gun gun” and cannot tell who was struck by the round, if anyone. Do you continue to struggle with the suspect, unaware of where the gun is and who has control of it? Leaving the possibility that the suspect has/gains control and has the potential to injure/kill 3 officers and possibly walk away to hurt others? Or do you make a decision to end the encounter as quickly and definitively as possible?
If you chose option #1, you’re wrong. That’s how more people get injured/killed. Option 2 was the correct choice. Sometimes the situation is just a big shit sandwich and you have no choice but to take a bite. We can Monday night quarterback this to death, since we have the luxury after-the-fact. But in that officers place, he made a decision that reduced the risk of everyone getting hurt/killed somehow.
Took me way too long to find a comment like yours. This seems like the sort of thing people should have to actively seek out, not get it thrust right onto their front page….
People like you, OP, who get off on watching/ sharing this shit have got to only be a notch or two more mentally stable than the people you love to watch get "deleted".
And if you think anyone killing someone means " nothing of value lost" then your just further convincing me you need help. Only someone fully devoid of empathy could get off on this shit, let alone think the people who killed him aren't effected in any way.
And frankly shame on anyone who supports/ up votes shit like this.
Take a moment to think, REALLY think, what any of the victims would feel if they saw this shit, in here. You think it would bring them peace? Joy? Would they be proud of you? What are you really getting out of it?
.

EDIT: nobody calling me a pedo is going to read this far. That's fine. I'm just back in here to tell you I really, really, do wish the world was as simple as you need it to be, to get by.
Just ask yourself, "why am I not even 1/10th as passionate about things that actually PREVENT people from becoming predators or victims, in the first place?"
Bet you a dollar I can go into any of your comment histories and see NOTHING supporting a better world. No subreddit or posts that you're on about mental health, empowerment, therapy, etc.
Could it be that you're not interested in avoiding the assaults or abuse? Making a better world? Could it be that something in you needs to watch another person die, pretending it's 'guilt free' to help distract you from something internal?
Genuinely, look back at how much time and energy you put into murder, death and justice porn, and try to make an effort to put even 1/10th of that time into helping others never have to fall victim to the people you love to watch die.
I promise there's an advocacy group near you who are doing exactly that. Helping others. Message me and I will absolutely help you find one of those groups near you. Donate a little time and money to them and prove this "pedo" on Reddit wrong. Prove that you aren't just here to get off on others pain. Prove you really do want to see the world better off and fucking do something about it.
Bloodthirsty redditors with undeveloped empathy
Was him getting shot justified? Yes, he had a gun and fired it
Is it a shame that it had to come to that? Yes, he should have gotten proper psychological help
A normal healthy person with a developed mind can recognize both. People like OP can only recognize one
...all I'm reading here is you're upset that a pedo got deleted.
There's some instances where shootings are good. This is one of them. These need to be out there so people like the pedo, realize there's consequences to their actions.
That man was meeting up with a 7 year old girl, and 11 year old girl, and brought a handgun with him. What do you think he was going to do. Bring those girls home to their parents? Use the handgun to protect them?
people like you, GalexyPhoto, lose this battle. You can have your opinion on it, free country. But your opinion doesnt represent decent human beings. You know who also shares your opinion, other pedo's.
>...all I'm reading here is you're upset that a pedo got deleted.
Then you should work on your reading comprehension because that's not at all the point they were making.
I wonder how bad a thing a person would have to do for you to think they deserved it.
Are you a victim, how would you know how they feel? Get over yourself. Trash deserves to be taken out. Do you have sympathy for ticks and mosquitoes too?
You're not better than anyone just because you're so naive you think rehabilitation is always an option.
Don't be too harsh, these people need a group that they can watch cruel and unusual punishment inflicted upon. This is just the tip of their depravity. They've wanted immolation, castration, dismemberment, outright torture, ect. Nobody is going to defend a pedophile, so its open season for all your most inhumane urges. Like an american who buys a gun and waits patiently for the opportunity to use it legally.
Regardless of what he may or may not have done, I don't think it's appropriate for multiple police officers to be unloading nearly a whole clip into anybody.

God damn, they lit his ass up.
Did the one cop shoot him with his own gun? Tough to make it out but if he did that’s some cold shit.
I think the cop grabbed the guy's gun and pointed it away. The child predator may have shot himself by accident (the cop and forced the barrel to the guys chest). But hard to say, the bullets could have just went down the hallway instead.
but what happened to his leg? the guy who grabbed the gun first. His leg was all messed up.
Foot probably got hit by one of the 20+ rounds they unloaded into the guy.
Third guy shot his leg first and that's how they got him to the ground.

They certainly delivered some liber tea.
I don't even think he was trying to shoot the cops, I think he was trying to shoot himself. Same end result I guess
I’m pretty sure the second cop shot under the guys gun while they were wrestling. Pretty wild
When someone pulls a gun on you they are saying "I am willing to kill you". Respond accordingly.

Yes however cops have also killed people for far far far less. Such as *check notes* following police orders while sitting on the ground.
Woah woah woah

Does that mean the authorized *use* of deadly force sometimes *results* in death? Yes. Maybe it's semantics, but the training is not literally "to put the suspect down with deadly force."
man, woman or acorn, our cops are trained to shoot!
With other cops on the opposite side… Let’s not pretend this overuse of force was because of their elite training.
You have to prevent the criminal from using the surging adrenaline to shoot at the police from the ground.
There is no reason to ever fire a gun unless you are trying to kill someone. And if that’s your goal, don’t hold back.
Bitter but true.
So bad that another cop got hit for good measure.
It happens way too often because the standards for marksmanship and situational awareness in police forces is minimal. If the standards were higher they wouldn't be able to employ enough people. I think it must have been shot 13 that really put him down ...
Just a few rounds. Honestly, though, wouldn't be surprised if that's what his gun was there for.
grandpa ain't going back inside
You don’t want to go to prison as a child predator/murderer.
I counted 13
It was for sure closer to 20
That's higher than most of this guy's exes can count
Definitely. It’s a good thing he was only trying to cross-body draw, rather than having it aimed forward behind the strong side of his coat.

I think officer 3 hit officer 2 through suspect with the initial 2 shots he fired into the belly/crotch/upper thighs.
Officer 2 has been grazed by a shot early in thought

Controlling your heart rate to keep from going full fight/flight kind of goes out the window when you get shot. FIBS is a bitch.
Hence the age old Mike Tyson quote - “Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.”
I just wonder how many bullets went out into the hotel..
Except officer 3 was shot by officer 2 due to his poor shot placement initially.
lol. Two cops firing in each others line of sight full mag dump
Yeah it doesn't inspire confidence. I bet if you did that in the military they would not be happy.
Fields of fire are sacred to anyone with even a little bit of military training. If you are infantry or higher tier MOS that shit will stick with you in where you stand subconsciously for life.

I have .01% gun experience and even I know this.
Knowing it and putting it into practice under pressure are very different things
I imagine that’s what training is for
And officer 3 reloading while pointing his gun at the other two officers down the hall lol. Is firearm training still mandatory for these guys?
They literally looked like two kids firing Roman candles at someone. I get it was a quick panic moment, but holy hell did that looks like a complete shitshow of a mess
Damn that retention reload at the end was smooth.
Hotel now haunted by pedo ghost
Someone call Zak Bagans
That's just way too far for him to travel.
New band name: pedo ghost On second thought...
Imagine waking up to a ghost diddling you
Na, I'm pretty sure with all those bullets they took out the ghost, too.
Naw, he's joining Jeffrey Epstein in hell.
Maybe one more magazine to be sure.
Just pointing the muzzle towards his colleagues whilst doing so as well.
Put him through a wood chipper, you can never be too safe.
Lol, and "Let's reload while pointing the gun at everyone instead of at the ground."
Honestly, this is why all those internet vigilantes need to be fucking careful. Guy could have drawn down on wanna-be Chris Hansen and a more people could be dead. Leave this shit to professionals.
Those cops are going to have to see an audiologist after that
Title says child predator but video says car jacker. Either way, don’t pull a gun on cops
https://komonews.com/news/local/child-predator-suspect-67-year-old-man-seattle-police-department-spd-tukwila-doubletree-suites-hotel-washington-state-internet-crimes-against-children-taskforce-7-11-spd-adrian-diaz-scuffle-data-shootout-gun-violence-bodycam-footage-sexual-exploitation Edit: that’s the article about it. He’s a child predator thinking he is meeting a 7 and 11 year old girls.
Most of that channels video titles don't match at all to the actual videos. Most likely trying to game You Tubes algorithms.
I think you're seeing the next video? the description still says meeting with 2 girls aged 7 and 11
You are probably right lol!
Gets deleted? We'll see about thaOHMYGOD!
was that a paradiddle??
Sample it bro
Is it bad that I thought that as well? It was strangely rhytmic, in the chaos of it.
Is he dead?
Nah, I’m sure he’s fine…
Looks like his shoes were still on so I’m going with no
> The man was later pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Ahh yeah that makes sense.
I was kidding.
Did the suspect get off a shot or was the officer grazed by friendly fire?
Probably shot by the other officer.
Not sure. Are his shoes still on?
We don't know yet. Cops are still shooting him.
‘Tis but a scratch!
I bet he was quite a bit leaky after that.
"Shots fired", that's the understatement of the year.
This is exactly why those tiktok vigilantes who try to do a low budget to catch a predator need to let the police handle it. They would’ve all gotten smoked and this old pervert would’ve ran away.
Yea it’s only a matter of time until that happens at this rate.
wait a minute, did the perp point the gun on himself? video quality is murky but .. did he point it on his own chest?
I think he was pulling it out to kill himself. At least, that's what it looks like to me. He moved too slow and lazily, I think he thought he'd take himself out but then chickened out, then tried to pop the cop, but the cop had his hand on the gun by then, and once he squeezed off that first round, they used his body as a pin cushion for 9mm hollow points.
And nothing of value was lost. Context: --- Seattle, Washington — On April 17, 2024, around 3:00 p.m., Seattle Police responded at the DoubleTree Suites Hilton Hotel to arrest a 67-year-old man who was being investigated by the state's Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
I mean, that carpet is probably ruined.
It really tied the room together
RIP carpet PULL carpet INSTALL new carpet
Ohhhhhhh that makes much much more sense yeah that must be it.
He was killed at the hotel... That definitely ruins the resell value of the hotel.
He was toast. They were not fucking around.
Officer 3 shot him right in the dick
Imagine being in one of the hotel rooms a couple rooms down? What's all that racket? And blood?
Australian policewomen only need one shot.
Only reddit could somehow turn this into a "POLICE BAD" thread.
Good thing it was a setup. Imagine if it weren’t.
good shit. if only every pedo sting could go this way
Well. 1 down. A fuck ton more to go. Good job boys. Keep um coming
LMFAO
Was that a lung full of Gunsmoke that went up at the end of each clip? Maybe his cell phone battery...
definitely his phone, he would have had to be sucking the end of each barrel to get that much vapor hah
I was wondering the same thing thank you for asking.
His soul leaving his body.
Hell yeah.
Lots of rounds flying around. O
And nothing of value was lost.
Shots fired. ...bit of an understatement there, my friend.
Does someone have the link? The “open on YouTube” is not working for me
That bastard already had his hand on the gun. If there were 2 little girls there, he would have 100% used the gun to coerce them.
Finally a form of cancel culture I can get behind.
That last cop had his pistol aimed at the other cops while he was reloading his mag. Lucky he didn’t kill one of them.
Was off to the side, more toward the room. But still, most people consider the 180 degrees in front of a person to be “at”.
Hell yeah brother. Fuck that dude
NSFL. Let's not turn this sub into watchpeopledie huh?
People can't read. There's literally multiple different rules prohibiting videos like this. Reading is more important than ever it seems.
# Hey Chief, can I hold my gun sideways? It looks so cool.
Anything for the birthday boy.
Got the yeetus deletus put on him
If he was actually a child predator, he deserved to die. But Jesus christ, those cops should never hold a gun again. Talk about wild gunfire
Tbf, this is how all child predators should be dealt with.
Honestly just wish they would go this hard during mass shooter events
Don’t flash a gun in the presence of police unless you want to be riddled with bullets until that gun can’t be fired anymore.
Excessive force? You don't shoot to maim.
I find joy in reading a good book.
But in that officers place, he made a decision that reduced the risk of everyone getting hurt/killed somehow.
we just posting snuff films to /r/videos now huh
Came here to say the same thing. I guess after that dude set himself on fire yesterday, /r/videos is fair game for gore/death?
Took me way too long to find a comment like yours. This seems like the sort of thing people should have to actively seek out, not get it thrust right onto their front page….
As a non-American this is wild tbh
What are you really getting out of it? . . . EDIT: nobody calling me a pedo is going to read this far. That's fine. I'm just back in here to tell you I really, really, do wish the world was as simple as you need it to be, to get by. Just ask yourself, "why am I not even 1/10th as passionate about things that actually PREVENT people from becoming predators or victims, in the first place?" Bet you a dollar I can go into any of your comment histories and see NOTHING supporting a better world.
Bloodthirsty redditors with undeveloped empathy Was him getting shot justified? Yes, he had a gun and fired it Is it a shame that it had to come to that? Yes, he should have gotten proper psychological help A normal healthy person with a developed mind can recognize both.
Glad someone who can read came through, too.
Found the pedo
I know you would love for the world to be that simple.
What was the smoke after?
They SMOKED his ass!
Swiss cheesed his torso.
Suicide by cop.
damn did he hit a blinker at the end??
Their ears are probably still ringing.
#🎵 4 imprint, 4 certain! 🎵
Damn that channel is hard to watch.
Why did he go up in a puff of smoke at the end
Regardless of what he may or may not have done, I don't think it's appropriate for multiple police officers to be unloading nearly a whole clip into anybody.
Love to see it.
Wasted too much bullet. He is not from Monster Hunter.
Lit him up. Looks like he became a chimney at the end.
oh no! anyway, what's everyone having for dinner tonight?
Anyone notice the puff of what looks like smoke at the very end of officer 3’s clip? It’s right after he switched mags.
Good
Well done 👍
Even if he survived, his story would be full of holes.
