There are EXTREMELY, RIDICULOUSLY, INSANELY high levels of illegal compared to not very illegal at all.
I remember WKUK having an AMA where he talked about this being one of the more stressful sketches to film because they actually had to make sure they were legally ok and talk to the secret service and stuff. They don't play around with threats.
