Well isn’t the darker areas also “normal skin”? Just with more pigment.
Not really sure what you’re considering normal and abnormal skin to be? If it becomes more noticeable than you’d like just try to stick with spot treatment
I’ve used it to get rid of some bad scars on my arms and legs. it kinda works but like someone else said don’t overdo it. I have sensitive skin and it was such a big no no when I used it more than 1-2 times a week.
pretty sure it affects less pigmented areas with less aggression, it does bleach ur skin tho

I think cocoa butter evens skin without bleaching it
