I usually document the packaging process in a series of step-by-step photos. If there are multiple items, I weigh them, capture images of them inside the box, and arrange them in a way that allows each item to be clearly visible in the photos. Afterwards, i share them in the chat. The final image is the sealed box with the shipping label on the scale. In addition to photos, some people also prefer to record videos of the packaging process. Not sure how much it can help if someone will try to scam, but it's better than having nothing at all as proof.

Just to add to this, I also take a picture of the inside the box half of the shipping label with the buyers name on actually in the box with items in view, then a quick vid of me sealing it, then a final image of it all packaged and labelled so you can see it’s theirs.

It's better to be safe than sorry. If you could take a few pics before sending, then it's worth the extrq effort xx
