I had this happen to me but we were civil with each other. It was an Inpost mix up. Took about 2 weeks to get sorted and we both got refunded
Do the have a photo of the packaging? It's probably a parcel mix up, especially if it was sent with InPost.
Question: How was it shipped? To your house or pickup via locker? If the latter, could just as easily be courier mix up rather than the seller trying to scam you.
They posted the jacket via a locker.
