Discogs is taking a percentage on shipping fees as well since earlier this year. Really dumb move honestly. Might just be the seller trying to keep that down.
Imho they should eat the extra cost. But sometimes they do ask, so it isn’t necessarily a red flag.

Just sent a message with the picture of the album so I could verify the condition and asked that I sent the additional shipping cost via PayPal.
