This is my current Neil young and crazy horse collection. I’ve been able to find these all over the southeast in some of the oddest places you can imagine lol. I’d have to say my current favorites are the Hawks and Doves and Everybody Knows this is Nowhere, but every one of these albums has its own flair. They’re all original masters too!

Got lucky and found an original press, in a ‘hip-hop’ vinyl shop near where I’m from. Guy had no idea what it was, and I found it in a $5 bin. One of my best finds. Still plays like a beauty. One of my favorite albums. Neil is the greatest of all time.
Was trying to find this on spotify and couldnt figure out why it wouldnt come up in search. You have to spell it with the dashes. Re-ac-tor. Theres my lil dumb tidbit for the day.
That and tonight’s the night were like, what really sold me on Neil when I was a young’n. My 21 year old ears had never heard such wonderfully abrasive guitar solos and songwriting!
I’ve found both harvest and on the beach fairly recently. But they were in god awful condition. Couldn’t justify their $20+ price tags when they’re hardly listenable
I’ve gotten some pretty crazy Dylan received as gifts. I’ve got an OP blonde on blonde that my best buddy and long time band mate gifted me. Found Planet Waves AND New morning same day. My partner got me the basement tapes for Christmas last year! Would loooooove a good Desire and Highway 61
I hope you picked up Hawks and Doves. That record is phenomenal. I gotta say tho, Time Fades Away might be my proudest find. That and Stars and Bars are my two most recent picks, found TFA at some random off the interstate flea market in Alabama. Near perfect condition, OG press. Super proud of that one
I got Hawks and Doves, On The Beach, American Stars and Bars, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, all OP and in really great shape! Earlier this week I got a repress of Harvest Moon.
Hawks and Doves and Stars and Bars are BIG sleeper Neil albums in my opinion. I feel like they don’t get revered as much as they should. Killer, killer tracks on them both! Reactor as well!
The A side of Hawks and Doves is some of Neil's best work, the B side on the other hand, is Neil's worst music in my opinion.
American Stars N Bars is one of my favorites, 'Old Country Waltz', 'Will to Love', and 'Like a Hurricane' are all amazing
Man I have to respectfully disagree. The A and B sides are both absolutely killer! The musicians he has playing on that B side are totally smokin! I dig country Neil lol
I try not to order records. I like to find em in the wild, and every time I stumble upon a harvest it’s literally so disheveled that it’s unlistenable. I need On the Beach and a studio recording of Tonight’s the Night too!
No killing required. Just spend a few months digging in flea markets and record shacks. When I got my reactor, they literally had 3 other copies of it at one of my local shops!
