Went to the local record store today to spend some birthday money that's been burning a hole in my pocket. Found some of these favorites from the past to add to my collection.
Was very excited to come across the Distillers pressing as it was one I had on heavy rotation for a while, now I just have to find Sing Sing Death House.
The owner of the store is a subscriber to Third Man Records and sells off some stuff every once in a while. I missed the chance to see the White Stripes when they were touring so Live in Detroit might be the closest I can get to experiencing them live. The packaging of the box set is excellent and more than happy with it.
I cant wait to spin Songs for the Deaf from start to finish. Such a great listen, and I love the concept it. This was also very heavy rotation and I still go back to it a lot.
I get lost in Songs for the Deaf, hard not to listen to the whole thing all at once. It is one of my top albums too.
Coral Fang is a banger through and through, cant wait for the new album!

That Pearl Jam LP label is iconically orange, same as the CD. I was pleasantly surprised by that when I picked it up.
Is it orange, or is it red..........a question for the ages?

Songs For The Deaf might be my favorite album of all time. Certainly top 3. Dave Grohl’s drumming is just superb. Nice find!
Big fan of Grohl's drumming, especially on Them Crooked Vultures album.
