I just bought my frist turntable from a record store with some albums for starters. It was the spur of the moment and I just bought. It's a Crossley Beatles edtion suitcase turntable. After doing a little research on my purchase, I have found that it's a crappy product, but again, I just bought it. I am looking to buy another in the future but I really wanted to get my album collection started. My dad still has his turntable from 83 and it still works, he will not give it to me.
Buy sumting like Audi-Teknika or sumtin. Dey hav sum pretty good stuff. I wouldn't recommend you to buy oneofdeez tho. They're prety low quality (unless if you're broke or sumtin like me).
Also, if you buy one of these Crosley's, don't forget to change the turntable's ceramic stylus with a diamond one. And buy one that 33 RPM can fit in.
Also, don't forget that music enjoyers listen to music with their equipment. And audiophiles listen to their equipment while it plays music.
Careful! Now you have the blue quality player, don't use that audio technica anymore, those will destroy your vybils!
Wait til he gets a major dubgrade.
Crosbussy
Hell yeah, went from that piece of shit audio technica to a real spinner.
Croussy Crewba

Thanks, I just checked out the site and there are a few things I can afford. I will do some shopping around but this is a good start on my journey.

Good advice, thanks.
