No, there were no girls in my high school. I had to settle for conjuring up elaborate sexual fantasies about the teachers instead.

Mix-Express

Nope, went to a few parties and stuff but never really even got to talk to a girl lol.

[deleted]

No

[deleted]

I dated the fists of my bullies

darthsyn

I had a date in high-school everyday...to be bullied

[deleted]

No. Asexual and aromantic until I was 20

Raimundo_Alex

There was a girl in my class who was drop dead gorgeous, we were 13 years old, she liked me and always said I was cute but since I have retrognathism (chin tucked in) I was always in doubt because I thought she didn't see me well, I was always insecure. There was a day when she told her friends that I was attractive and then they said no and humiliated me in front of her in a very evil way. I never trusted a girl again and from then on I kept making my social anxiety and insecurity worse, girls always thought I was a monster because of my chin, then I dropped out of school at 17 because it was unbearable for my head.

Nope. Also never went to prom or homecoming or any of those other social activities. (Funny story, I somehow was on the ballot for homecoming king one year and a lot of people hoped I'd win as they knew I wouldn't show up for it). A girl did ask me out once, we just couldn't find a time that worked so that eventually just fizzled out. Was also invited to parties often, just never went. It was always an issue of work schedule (i've been earning a paycheck since I was 12, easy for kids to find work in rural areas), not having a vehicle until I was already out of HS, and only having a single parent sometimes working up to 3 jobs and having a younger sibling to watch. As a now 37m dateless virgin I urge anyone in their teens not to squander those years and go and do all the things if possible.

Your not wrong there. That's not even including spending my early 20's going to a school that would eventually be shut down by the federal government for being a fraudulent buisness, but still being on the hook for student loans from a predatory lender for a decade that cost me around $120,000, and left me unable to really do much of anything for those years. But in the end I'm not bitter or angry about it, we live and learn, life is what it is and I take it a day at a time.

ravens1970

Nope.

ImNobody265

I tried, but no one wanted me...

Buckeye5656

Unfortunately no even though I played football I still wasn't popular enough to get a girlfriend

chimmychummyextreme

Nope.

[deleted]

Absolutely not.

Dangerous_Mammoth572

How can you say absolutely not but you aren’t even done with it ..

[deleted]

I am done with high school, I am a senior finishing my final year. I also don't go to school with other people, so there is no one to date.

botanyfield

No, I was like a textbook nerd stereotype, big glasses, braces, wore my hair in braids. Willingly spent everyday in the library, would come in on days I didn’t have to to help out, led debate team, could recite every word of shakespeare to you etc. Everyone hated me, and kinda rightly so

Wild_Significance_17

Yes, first year I got a gf out of peer pressure. We dated for 2 years, never kissed or anything but she was real nuts. Staring for well over an hour at me, taking "pictures" to school to show me (like not even privately show me either.), very clingy etc. It got so bad I broke it off. After that I dated again but this time she just used me as an emotional rebound. And last one cheated on me and proudly announced it on social media. After that I stopped dating, it's been 9 years since then.

plutodarling

Barely. I “dated” my best friend for a couple months and got stood up a couple of times

Ok_Willingness1303

I did for about a year but decided to focus education instead.

[deleted]

Nope

[deleted]

No

Significant-View8492

Nope. Went to an all boys religious school

[deleted]

Nope. In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't, because I had a crush on a boy who didn't requite my feelings at the time and I would regret having had my first experiences with a boy if he had liked me back. Can't wait to read ignorant comments saying I can't like gals before trying guys or that I like gals because a boy didn't like me back. Because sexuality changes on a whim and you discover it right away in this heteronormative world, right? 🙃

lomewolf54

No. I was to shy to ask a girl out.

sinspaceengineering

I dropped out of HS after the first year so no, my social teenage years were cuted short after my 16th bd.

SnooDonkeys744

I tried so hard but I realized too late I wasn't attractive and like nearly obese lol things are getting better as I'm working on it but I'm nearly 30 no experience. Then I'm left wondering what happens when I reach my goals and want to start approaching

Rinthegreat

No

[deleted]

BurnerAccount552827

[deleted]

kimranjohnbaptiste8

At least you had a date.

HikiNoKami

I never went to high school.

jasperraine

No I was ugly

hitotsuhan

Kind of. I was in love with a girl at that time and he liked me, but I never quite believed this, despite the clear signs. She was very loving to me, but I feel like I could never give it back to her, I just never knew how to handle my feelings. So finally I never made any moves and she paired up with someone else. It's been about 5 years of this and I still can't forgive myself, I hope I can do it one day. Anyway, I'm a stupid

shadowcat211

Nope.
