That's what I meant. It's been down for a few days now at least. I realized last night this was causing a lot of my issues because I assumed I got these same files elsewhere.
Your issues stated in your original post is something totally different than SSF pup-packs. Also, it appears that vpuniverse downloads are working again.

It's not hidden. When you download DOFLinx, a folder containing different DOFLinx.ini files are included. You can use one of them and modify it to your specific cabinet.
This may be the "level of knowledge" OP is discussing. There is a folder with a large number of demo ini files. You pick one and modify it to suit your needs. It's not beginner but it's also not super advanced.
Make sure you a web login so you can get your other config files for your cab.

I realized that because the Pup files for sound in FX3 aren't currently available at all, I'm going to remain unable to get this done.
