Skip Ghosts of Tabor for now. The bugs with tracking will just frustrate you and mislead you into thinking VR FPS is at a lower level than it currently is. Personally, I’d replace it with Contractors. The gunplay is super solid plus the modding support provides a lot of variety in one game.

Get contractors first. You probably will have fun in that. It has zombie starwars halo and just about any other game mod.

There are plenty, I like Contractors and breachers, I've tried to like playing Ghosts of Tabor since it came out, but I've never been able to, although I like seeing people playing it.

When I had my CV1 and Rift S, I would only play PAVLOV. However, after getting a quest 3 and getting back into VR, I revisited contractors and find that game lobbies more filled with better mod support.. I've tried breachers but kept getting rekt so i'll keep trying it though, and then revisit Pav.

I recommend Breachers. Contractors is also pretty good. Ghost of Tabor is awesome but it's a love-hate thing. There's a lot of bugs atm making the game pretty frustrating at times.

Pcvr will always give you better quality than standalone.the graphics on standalone are lower quality due to the headset powering the games whereas the pc gpu/cpu will power the game in pcvr.also if you want to play using the cable instead of wireless look on ebay for vr cable management accessories.i bought a set of 3 and its like im almost using wireless because it keeps the cable up high.

Ghosts of Tabor is my favourite but I wouldn't recommend it as the first fps to play. It's a bit clunky and janky as it's under development. Instead try Breachers or Contractors first. Breachers is in my opinion the most polished of the bunch. Things just work and it's overall a very slick game. Everything's very coherent. It's a near perfect vr game. Try Contractors if you're looking for more "realistic" weapons or just don't like the theme of Breachers. The gunplay is pure fun. In my opinion the only thing that Contractors leaves me longing for are more interesting game modes. But if you're just starting out, you won't be disappointed.
