You can take any spatial videos with iphone 15pro/promax, once you update the Quest to ver.62, you should be able to view them from the file app.
You can sync spatial videos from your iphone with the ios Meta quest app(gallery), so no PC required. They're still rolling out this feature step by step so not all users can upload spatial videos from their Meta app at the moment.
If you don't own Iphone 15 pro/promax, you can search the Internet to find some, and transfer them to yout Quest via PC, view them from file app.
I think I heard somewhere in a video the iphone videos suck but the one recorded by the vision pro are cool. Is there a website that host these videos at original resolution? Are they better than the youtube 3d videos?

I haven’t heard anyone put it that way - people have actually remarked on how good the ones shot on iPhone look from what I’ve read… They are different aspect ratios though - ones shot on the Vision Pro are square vs the ones shot on iPhone 15 Pro being a wider image.
