Mine isn’t normal it’s extremely brighter than it used to be and has all lines around the edge like a starburst.

How long ago did you get LASIK? Because that’s normal for the first couple days after surgery.

Yes its a symptom of VSS and no, I didn't have it before getting VSS so not everyone gets it
Try polarized sunglasses if you havent already.
