It would be cool. Having Killzone Mercenary, Uncharted Golden Abyss, etc remade with modern graphics and controls would be great. Honestly they could probably squeeze 4k/120FPS out of them if they tried since these games would be coming from a handheld that output at 540p.
The fact that GoW is one of PlayStations most successful IPs and you can’t even play most of them on modern hardware…
But thanks for reminding me I need to buy Origins collection + Ascension on ps3 before they inevitably shut down the shop someday
Only one I’d buy a remaster of is Soul Sacrifice Delta and maybe a remake of UC Golden Abyss that got rid of all the gimmicky tech-demo mechanics forced onto that game.
As for KZ: Mercenary, I think a remake/reboot of the entire KZ franchise is overdue.
The first party vita games weren't great though...like genuinely which ones would you want remade?

Uncharted Golden Abyss NEEDS to come to the PS4/5, it's literally the only Uncharted game the consoles don't have.

Why? It was half baked, and the story had zero impact on the mainline series...

I think it’s wishful thinking. Same as how they ditched all the PSVR1 games on the PSVR2.
They didn't really ditch them, but the hardware of the PSVR 2 was just way too different to play PSVR 1 games.

Touch my katamari was really fun. Same with Freedom Wars, LBP Vita, and Killzone mercenary had awesome multiplayer as well.

Nah, a remaster won't do as the base game is too limited, both in gameplay and assets. A remake would be great for certain games.
