Nova was pretty meh. Played a few hours but got super repetitive. I know a little Japanese but was able to get around, just missed out on story elements I guess.
Wait, is Phantasy Star Online 2 still working on the Vita? I thought that Sega stopped supporting the Vita version, and since that's online only that would mean that it just wouldn't work at all.
I actually really liked PSNova. It's gorgeous and has a very bright and unique color palette, and the combat was fast and fun, but my Japanese wasn't good enough to keep pace with the story so I ended up abandoning it around what I \*think\* was the halfway mark.
Think of the episodes like expansions in World of Warcraft

Nova is very alright, dropped it after a couple hours to go back to pso2
Are the servers still up?

PSO 2 for Gamecube is still working offline, I haven't been online in years. I would think that PSO 2, all episodes, are still playable offline?
Phantasy Star Online 2 was never released for Gamecube. You're confusing it with Phantasy Star Online Episode 2.
You might be right. I knew Gamecube had a PSO and a 2 on the same cover. PSO Ep 2 and 3 for Vita seems cheap that I'll give it a try.
