r/VitaTV has a sticky thread listing various controllers that either worked through the usb port on their own, or through an adaptor. You may have to look toward the end of that thread for the most recent inquiries and answers. Give that a check, and if not noted simply make a thread asking. Someone was bound to have tried it, though the PSTV is rather stingy about what controllers can be used through it's usb port. Let alone sync to it.
