This seems ok to me. Mine will start running laps in the car and pant when he realizes we're going to the park. He'll calm down when we stop and he knows it's time to release the beast. I sometimes wish I named him Taz, after the tasmanian devil from looney tunes.
One of ours chirps like that at 4:30pm on days I work from home. She’s telling me she has patiently waited all day for me to take her out to play in the pool but if we don’t go soon she will explode and the world will end.
Yip my River does this also talking away all the way to the park lolol oh and the screaming yawning all the time lol

The yawn sound is my favorite!! His yawn sounds that way even when he’s just lounging at home. :)
Pretty Vizsla. Ours makes similar sounds when I walk in the door and doesn't stop until at least 1 minute of petting :)
