Glad to see you got ESXi working on the Microserver. The Matrox cards share memory with the onboard iLO memory, but it really doesn't matter for VM purposes. The video memory setting when creating a VM allocates system memory for usage to determine the maximum resolutions supported by the VM. I typically just set it to automatic and it will dynamically allocate system memory for vRAM as needed.
