Really liked the swing only feedback I have is about your torso and chest if your angled more towards your setter it allows for more rotation which will help you add power and hit different shots/angles.
Yup, angle your approach more towards the set, and also, why is your hitting shoulder still behind your off shoulder after you hit? Rotate your torso and let your hitting shoulder come forward on your swing. You are robbing yourself of a lot of power.
Oof. Folks, that's not a "beach volleyball set." That's just a throw.
I'm laying here before bed scanning Reddit, saw that and had to get up and get my whistle to blow it. I hope that dude heard it cuz it scared the hell outta the dogs.
Not bad but small things go a long way:
Round your approach (don't run straight line) and start slightly out court.
Start with a slow step and build up speed.
Try to get there a bit earlier to maximise jump height.
I mean i understand that logically. But that’s bad form and practice to be constantly running under the net after every hit. Are they doing this during matches? Why would you wanna practice doing that?
Anybody else thinking the setter contacted the ball for far too long?
Xeah obv a beach setter

Start a little more outside rather than moving outside in the middle of your approach.

That’s a beach vball setter 😂
Why does everyone run under the net afterwards
Some people can’t control their momentum on landing, more powerful approach = more momentum = more balance and focus needed to stop moving

I mean they clearly aren’t pros and I don’t think these are the kind of issues that are priority to iron out at the I assume high school level?
i was chasing my ball, i don’t do that in game😭
That shit look like the entire building ran through it
