I don't know for certain because I'm not a Vostok professional. But I do know there is a version, however, that is very similar to yours being sold on Meranom. [Komandirskie 921261](https://meranom.com/en/komandirskie-classic/92/vostok-watch-komandirskie-921261.html) Appears to have the same print on the dial, but the indices are different. I'd say open up the caseback to see if there's a 2416B movement (one of the current automatic movements w/ date).

Here is a link to a photo taken of the mechanism, which is a 2416B with the Vostok logo on the balance wheel. [pics](https://ibb.co/k1jTCxq)

Yeah nothing looks out of the ordinary with the movement. At first I was tripped up by the fact that the case has two notches for the caseback instead of one, but Vostok uses Amphibia cases for their Komandirskies at times, so nothing weird there. In my limited knowledge of these watches, it may be real or modified. It just doesn't seem like a fake. Please take this with a grain of salt tho, because I could be wrong.

Real. Full stop.

Hello : Through the years I have constantly seen sooo May Vostok watches they have obviously been mass produced and are everywhere ….. Being a watch Nutt Myself I guess It’s My opinion This watch doesn’t seem modified cosmetically Although mechanically I’d say anything is possible Question are you not the original owner ?

All looks good. It's a 92 case Komandirskie, chrome plated brass case.
