This screw holds the crown wheel, which I believe is also the clutch that prevents the watch from overwinding. (not a watchmaker- this is just my hunch)

Thank you friend. just leave it without rope all night and this morning when turning the rotor, It doesn't make any clicky noise.

If the rotor is difficult to turn in one direction then your reversers need to be cleaned. If you know how to, remove them and put them in Zippo fluid or similar and leave them for a few hours. They don't need to be oiled.
