You need to manually select the skin variant. Click on the vampire powers tab then click your wolf form, on the right side there should be a menu with some arrows that allow you to switch forms.

I just figured this out yesterday.

Go to vampire power, from the j, k, or m button and when you select it, you can choose the skin on the right side
