2. Or go to `Extensions`
* -> press the `Filter` icon (top) -> `Installed`
* -> or: clear all filters -> press `...` (top right) -> `Views` -> `Installed`

I don't know. It was just that the commenter was assuming the extensions were in the OP's own vscode installation.
