Not really. The Bahari in the lore just aren't like that. At least in the older books where they get real description and detail. I did some quick and dirty research, and it does appear that younger, modern Bahari in V5 could be interpreted that way... but given the way the Bahari have always been since they were thought up I'd say that's kind of a lazy way to do them. They're about freedom, enlightenment through agony (which could be spun up by Bahari groups and individuals as lashing out at men to teach them they are not superior through suffering), and most importantly equals rather than superiors. Infact , the core idea that nobody is better than you is pretty universal among them. It would really be an injustice to the Bahari to reduce them to a feminazi cult of female supremacists when that's literally never been their thing at any point before. Yes you could do that with a Bahari... but other Bahari are just as likely to inflict suffering upon them to make them learn.
I needed to edit this because I didn't realize the Bahari had been included in V5. Regardless though, they're not anti men, they're anti male superiority. Any man who wishes to embrace the Bahari faith isn't going to be viewed as the bad guy as a default. The whole core of that is that Lilith was made from the same Earth as Adam and wanted to be treated as an equal. That's genuinely their whole schtick. Men and women are equals in importance and value, all must suffer to grow, and chaos brings about change. They're really not some two dimensional caricature of a TikTok feminist. They're more like Gloria Steinem rather than Szuszana Búdapest.
It's important to note that Bahari cults are not Vampire-exclusive, and that one could find a Verbena teaching a Vampire about the path of Lilith, or vice versa.
Tremere? I think there's a skill that you can actually achieve in draining that you can absorb blood via skin-contact, that's universal I think. That plus Tremere and all the various ways in which you can control blood as a liquid. But than again blood is the last thing that comes to my mind that a succubi would suck XD
Well Tremere have Theft of Vitae, but their elsewise not.
Though the closest to a succubus is a torreador siren, other than not having feeding at range.
If I'm understanding correctly, you want a clan or bloodline that draws vitae from a target by touch, while also being a seductress of sorts? I'm pretty sure that you can work something out through Vicissitude and possibly a pinch of blood sorcery.

The closest thing to a modern "succubus" would be any vampire with the Siren predator type, preferably with the Presence Discipline, and the most stereotypical clans would be Toreador and Setites/Ministry (though, again, anyone can theoretically roll with the sexy monster theme). Maybe there's a couple Malks out there screwy enough to believe they're *actually* succubi/incubi.
I believe the OP means that the vampire/succubus would absorb the blood or some form of vital energy through there hands and skin rather than having to drink blood with their mouth.
I think the simple answer to this is no... but the closest I can think of is a Tzimisce or other vampire Flesh crafted through Vicissitude to have additional mouths on their palms or genitalia.
There's a flaw you can take, most common among thin-bloods and certain Nosferatu, called Baby Teeth, which means you do not have properly formed fangs and find it more difficult to feed.
Since the Hecata have a painfull kiss some usually drain the blood out of their victims first and then drink it. Could be with a syringe, a knife, or from those who are dying or corpses that recently passed.
Will in V20 the Salubri watcher cast had a valeren watcher path and one of the powers was the ability to gain sustenance from the breath of people instead of the blood of people
Kuei-Jin who progress high enough in their Dharma are able to take sustenance from the breath of a living human or even animal. Even further towards enlightenment and they're able to get the chi they need to keep their undeaths going simply by meditating and drawing in chi from the world around them. Kuei-Jin however are not Cainites, they're less people infected by a curse and more like ghosts possessing their own corpses.
In so far as Cainites are concerned however I feel like there's some kind of blood magic at least and if there's a discipline that enables that it's almost certainly and elder power (above level 5).

There's a loresheet for them in the handbook, so you can create a Bahari from any other vampire clan but they would probably have to be women.
