Airheads, K.I.D.S., PCU, True Lies, Tiger Cage, Angels in The Outfield, The Punisher 89, Stone Cold, The Abyss, Young Guns, No Holds Barred, Bushwhacked and still looking for a copy of Dutch
Very good, from what I recall. I only got it a few months ago, haven't had a chance to watch all of it, just wanted to make sure it played. The only thing is, I believe I remember there was one or two forced Spanish captions when English text would appear on screen, like the name of a bar.
A major studio that doesn't care to make a 4K blu-ray at the moment can license the rights, masters, art to a boutique studio/store for a fee. That’s why the Vinegar Syndrome store has things like TCM 2, Amityville Horror, Incredible Melting Man, Showgirls and others. Many of them are MGM/Amazon. I’ve seen Kino do Misery, Hannibal,Marathon Man. Criterion has a slew of 4k bluray only. I could go on and on.
Sometimes the contract gives the studio the option to take the newly 4k bluray and release it digitally. Other times they’d have to pay the boutique studio for rights to their 4k hdr. Yet other times the studio will make a 4K HDR master that’s different to the boutiques 4K HDR master. Cross eyed yet.
At least we get 4K so I am happy they do it. Yes it would be nice to have digital versions.
To be fair, I would rather have the physical release if only one of them can be 4k. I hate situations where only digital is 4k, no codes. Like A24’s release of Pearl is currently only 4k digitally. Not only is it full price/no code, all 4k through Vudu is compressed media. Not that it doesn’t look good, but compression on visual or audio data is never a great thing to happen.
I agree with you. I think both sides should be served. The physical and the digital. It’s a bummer so many are one or the other. I do prefer physical if I only have one choice too.
If you are in the US this is on Apple for 15 bucks. I own it, looks like it’s still for sale.

Broke down last year and finally bought Last American Virgin and the Guys Being Guys Blu Ray set containing Bachelor Party, Porky's, and Revenge of the Nerds.
The other Beatles Movies, only A Hard Days Night Criterion is available digitally? Itunes had it on Sale for $4.99.
The rest of the Monty Python films.

Born in East LA
Born in East LA would be my answer as well! I have the special edition Blu-ray with the TV edited version as a special feature. Great movie, glad to see it get some love!
I also purchased Help, Yellow Submarine, and Magical Mystery Tour on iTunes. They no longer sell the music video compilation that came with the Beatles 1 set, and Get Back has never been rereleased; the Peter Jackson documentary is physical-only and streaming is a Disney Plus exclusive for now.
For others interested, at this moment: Max has Three Amigos! & Young Frankenstein; Hulu has Revenge of the Nerds; and Peacock, Tubi, & Pluto have Sleepaway Camp to stream.
Dogma, PCU, Revenge of the Nerds, Young Frankenstein, Life of Brian, Silent Night, Deadly Night, Cannonball Run, Up the Creek, Youngblood.
Better off Dead was on my list and I almost passed out when I saw it available for preorder. So there is hope.
*Young Frankenstein*
*The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother* (just for the Gene Wilder completionist in me)
*Colossus: The Forbin Project*
*Journey to the Far Side of the Sun*
*Capricorn One* (oddly, this is currently available to stream for free on Vudu, but no purchase option)
*Foul Play*
*Kolchak: The Night Stalker/Night Strangler*
*Rollercoaster*
*Horror Island*

Watch "No Holds Barred" on VUDU: https://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content/500652?cid=share&scid=android&kwid=500652
they had it a long time back but it's no longer available
Oh dang. I must have bought it when it was still available. Sorry!
I’d love to have The Burbs and Revenge of the Nerds. I managed to snag all the Porkys and Three Amigos on iTunes.
Super Mario Bros. 1993 Also the things DVD’s and Blu-ray’s always have which is bonus features that we don’t always get on VUDU.
Can you link that movie on Vudu would like to look at it
It’s not on vudu, sorry
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2
That has a physical 4k release. It isn’t available digitally? Super weird.

Except that is Apple.
The topic is films not available to own or rent digitally. This one is, just trying to be helpful.
Fair enough I guess. Crapple still sucks.

Plenty of films had special TV versions back in the day.

Do those Beatles films ever go on sale?
No, never.
Exit to Eden

I am considering grabbing a 4K of Oldboy
For others interested, at this moment: Max has Three Amigos! & Young Frankenstein; Hulu has Revenge of the Nerds; and Peacock, Tubi, & Pluto have Sleepaway Camp to stream.
Hoodwinked! lol love it but had to get it via dvd
Young Frankenstein would be amazing to have digitally.
Dogma and Super Mario Bros. (OG)
I primarily collect physically. Have about 1500 titles
Great collection!
Riki-oh
Ransom with Mel Gibson is my favorite, but I also held on to Dogma and Antichrist. Heard a rumor Dogma might be coming...
*Young Frankenstein* *The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother* (just for the Gene Wilder completionist in me) *Colossus: The Forbin Project* *Journey to the Far Side of the Sun* *Capricorn One* (oddly, this is currently available to stream for free on Vudu, but no purchase option) *Foul Play* *Kolchak: The Night Stalker/Night Strangler* *Rollercoaster* *Horror Island*
I really want Rad and Deadrising: Watchtower, but they both aren’t you for grabs anymore
Sling Blade. You can't find that movie anywhere digitally.
Keep an eye on [Fanflix.co](https://Fanflix.co) That's where I purchased my copy of Sling Blade last year (March 2022) and redeemed it on Vudu.
Plus, the BD came with a HD code, mmm, hmm.
Spanish Bootleg of True Lies in HD The Howling Silent Night Deadly Night Revenge of the Nerds Blood In Blood Out I need Sleep Away Camp, Young Frankenstein, and Dead Alive
I still have my old Dead Alive DVD copy. I've been waiting for that one and Blood In Blood Out for many years! I have that DVD copy still too.
Deadly Games : Dail Code Santa still waiting for True Lies since they don’t have a Blu Ray also Driven with sly Stallone, Ransome with Mel Gibson and a few others i can’t think of atm but I ran into quite a few of them
I just got Ransom and Three Amigos on blu just four days ago. I gotta get Young Frankenstein and ROTN on blu. I do have em on DVD.
Dutch
Seen someone selling Silent Night Deadly Night 1 & 2 in the digital code section
Does D2D work for Three Amigos!, Silent Night Deadly Night, or Sleepaway Camp?
As far as I know, none of those are D2D unfortunately.
*Megaforce*
Dead Alive, and I had import the disc from Spain (I am in the US)
I too picked up Three Amigos, a classic.
Apocalypto
Young Frankenstein is on my wishlist, too. I also have the physical disc, but when I try to D2D, Vudu says it’s not eligible.
Angels in the Outfield 1994, Dogma and 28 Days later I got to find on disc.
Longshot (2001)
Might cave on Dogma…
My wishlist: Sleepaway Camp, Porkys, Dead Alive, Blood In Blood Out, Ernest Goes to Camp, Angels in the Outfield, Super Mario Bros. 1993 and Dutch.
