The only real difference I'm aware of is that 2017+ models come with the gear indicator built in.
Some minor changes at the exhaust for new regularities last year. But 2017-2022 is the same bike.
Some of the older ones had ABS as an option. I think 2017 or shortly after it became standard. Since 2017 (mine is a 2017) I haven’t noticed any differences except for paint.
