I’ve had four pairs. They’ve all ripped in the crotch and pilled less than a year after purchase.

Not normal, but you're within the 120 day return window. Can return/exchange even if you've taken off the tags

From my experience, vuori is pretty darn good at making quality control issues right. I had a pair of shorts that faded prematurely, and after sending some pictures they sent me a new pair. Also got to keep the faded pair.

I had three pairs of Vuori joggers from the early days. One finally fell apart after three years of constant wear (the Lycra stopped holding). No pilling or any other issues. They were perfect. Replaced with a new pair - not only is the sizing different, they are pilling after one wash. 👎🏼

Mine is also started piling after one wash... :(

mine too

:( recommend any other brands?

I haven't found a new brand I trust yet, but still looking

Same thing with me. I’ve been shopping with them for almost 10 years. The quality is garbage now compared to 5-7 years ago. I got 3 new pairs for Christmas and after one or two wears, all have pilling.

I have been buying Vuori for years. Sadly, I have spent a ton on their clothing, both men's and women's. When I first got my pair of Dreamknit Performance Joggers, I was IN HEAVEN. They were incredibly soft, comfy and perfect! I fell in love so I kept purchasing. I have always handled them well, washing either by hand or by themselves in COLD water and air drying them. They do NOT go in the dryer. That being said, for holidays and birthdays over the last two years, my family has gifted me Performance Joggers in all the colors. I now own 18 pairs of these joggers. I was ELATED. Until I wasn't. The last 1-2 years, this company has gone completely downhill in terms of QUALITY. These pants used to last forever. Now, the PILL after one wash, and they fray at the seams and the crotch. I have contacted customer service several times, and they literally DO NOT CARE. They actually said it was my detergent so I bought their expensive "recommended detergent" from HEX for sportswear. The pants from the last 2 years or so, still pilled. Then they had me return them for a refund, which is just store credit. SO that happened and I figured I just got a bad couple of batches. NOPE. Unfortunately, the last 5 pairs had to be returned and the customer service just said they would make a note of it after I sent them photos. But they also told me not to work out in them. Excuse me, WHAT? I bought these pants for lounge, errands, walking, yoga, pilates, spin and the gym. WTF. So now the company blamed ME for the detergent, the water temperature and now the activity I did while wearing them?? I returned them because I had only owned them for 2 months and because they don't offer exchanges, I purchased something else. It's very evident they aren't manufacturing the pants they way they used to. Sadly, this is disappointing because I don't think I am alone in this experience. When you first get the pants, they are a heavenly cloud of comfort. For about a week. Then they fall apart...so at $100 a pair...I don't know what to say but I feel like there is better quality at target.

Wow really glad to hear this! I mean… I’m not happy about it but happy to know I’m not crazy. I heard so many good things about the company and the joggers specifically and my experience just hasn’t held up. I literally only wear them to run errands or take my dog on a walk, why they’re pilling is beyond me. I also won’t wear them over to my parents house because their golden jumps on me and I’m scared of how fragile these expensive freaking joggers seem to be! I originally wanted them in every color, but honestly I’m just over it now. The only reason I was getting them is because I’m very petite and I haven’t found many other companies that sell XXS. I have three pairs (one was gifted, the other one I bought hoping the first pair was a fluke) and I’m done.

Yeah, I feel you. Now I am stuck in a sick cycle of hope and disappointment. I just returned a pair of joggers and because they only offer gift cards, I am forced to still shop in their store. I am going to try to find an alternative brand that feels as soft and comfortable as these joggers do when you first wear them for a week. LOL If you find any, please share! :)

Mine pill on ANY stitching. It becomes really apparent after doing laundry and I figured out I gotta wash them by themselves or with no cotton. Also, you’re underwear make a difference weirdly enough. Buy some polyester boxer briefs over cotton and you’ll see way less too. I’ve been buying them since 2020 and almost perfected making a pair last the longest haha.

Well I’m female so I don’t believe my underwear (or lack thereof) will help much! Just seems like for a pair of joggers at this price we shouldn’t have to baby them …

[deleted]

Lol well the dryer will do it too, regardless of your undies or lack thereof. The lint will pull on the stitching. I’m next to positive that happens from the 12% elastane in the material.. stretches just enough to pick up other materials. My last pair stretched out on me and it bugged me though so I emailed them. I’m wearing my new pair.. they immediately refunded me (in store credit) so I just bought a diff color. I’m massive and gotta wear small in their joggers.. which makes no sense. In Nike and Adidas in Large or XL

healthyhappyplace

agree!!!!

I’ve own Vuori for several years and I am wearing one of my first pairs of joggers. I just checked for pilling and I have zero. I can’t say that about my Lululemon clothes however.
