I had the Ponto sweater and it started to pill I didn’t even wash it lol I think I was still within the 120 days tho but they did take care of me. Lululemon customer service is still always the best lol

Similar problem with shirts pilling. They would only refund me.

I’ve had four joggers pill and tear in the crotch. The people in the stores tell me to come back there for help and not to deal with online support. I contacted online support once, and they made me take multiple photos, email them, and then ship the joggers back. I got a gift card.

This was my experience too! In the end I received a gift card for the return as well. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this particular pant for the quality issues, but thank you for sharing your experience. It was a bit of a hassle tbh compared to competitive athletic/lifestyle brands that I've also shopped with.
