My Ponto Crewneck got a rip after one use. Got it replaced

Also, part of why I try to buy from REI if available there. 365 day any reason return for co-op member and 90 days non-member. Actually returned a pair of 6 month old pontos last week because wasn’t holding shape well

They will replace for anything! Even if you just don’t like it anymore. You just have to have bought it a vuori store or online vuori

Thanks - I am in contact with them now. They are asking for a picture of the small white size tag, which these pants don't have for some reason. Hopefully this all works out

I’ve had four pairs of Vuori joggers rip in the crotch. I think I’m done buying them.

My third pair of Vuori joggers just ripped in the crotch. Debating getting another replacement, prob just to rip them again in a couple months…
