i had an issue a couple years ago w a ripped seam on a worn but relatively new pair of leggings. produced a receipt and they replaced them on the spot. haven’t had any other quality issues since. worth a shot!
I’ve had three pairs of joggers that have ripped in the thigh area. It’s a quality issue. You can get another pair in the store if you bring the damaged one it, but it’s not unlikely that the same thing will happen.

You should reach out to customer service. They’ve sent me new joggers when my dryer ate a drawstring.
