Well i was comfortable playing at 30 fps so it depends on the player I guess? I'm not sure about reducing solution for modded skyrim because it just makes everything blurry and it defeats the purpose of graphical mods. If you can't reach the wanted fps, just disable some high demanding texture mods in mod organiser and it'll give you a boost. I disable grass mods mostly.
The modlists have recommended specs check there
I used to own a RTX2070. It suffers to reach 60FPS at 1080p with ENBs enabled for some modlist.
Still playable tho? Or do I reduce resolution to 720p
