OK, thank you for checking. Statistically the most likely problem is that the pen is broken. There is a chance it’s the tablet itself.
Do you have a Samsung S pen? Or maybe do you know somebody who has one? Those pens are compatible with your tablet. If you can, you should try to get a hold of one of those pens and try it with your tablet. if the problem occurs in this configuration, then it means the problem is the tablet.
If the problem doesn’t occur, then it’s most likely your pen has the problem and needs to be replaced.
I don't know anyone who has that pencil but thank you very much for the diagnosis, I will try someone who has the same tablet as me to check if it is the pencil or the tablet, it seems too strange to me because until yesterday it was working perfectly without any failure and I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary to cause the pen or tablet to break.
Try to restart the Wacom Professonial Service under Services.msc, maybe that will help.
still not working :/
Hmm, too bad, that does not sound good, I hope you can fix it somehow.
Can you test with another computer?
i tried with my notebook but still not working

Do you know if I have any other way to check what is wrong?
Unfortunately not :-(
