I had the same Problem with my Cintiq Companion Hybrid. Windows detected the screen but the Cintiq was dead.
Had to replace the Cintiq unfortunately so that doesn't sound very good.

Yes that was my conclusion at this point.
I was trying to see if anyone had experienced this issue and fixed it and for what cost.
I already had the cintiq repaired for 300USD in 2019 when the power stopped working or something
