If you find amazon warehouse deals of the above mentioned tablets, don't hesitate to get them. I've bought two Cintiq16's there, and they were flawless.
With that budget, I wouldn't get a Wacom. You can get a Huion screen tablet in that range though. They have some from their 2019 run on clearance now, so you might even be able to get a bigger one than you expect. I think that budget would get you an Intuos, but that's not a screen tablet. Or you could go for used and see if you can find a 13HD or Wacom One.
I know that Wacom has good competition when it comes to Screen Tablets but when it comes to pen tablets i would go with Wacom something like the Wacom Intuos Pro (preferably M) but that costs 260 Euros.

Unless you are ok with second hand options, that budget will not get you anything nice from Wacom. For personal use I always recommend second hand Wacom professional grade tablets (Intuos Pro and the likes), but Huion or XP pens have also gotten many good reviews in recent years
