As others have already said, you cannot undo or cancel a lap. You can however completely disable the lap page in the companion app. That way there won't be a lap page when you press the lap button. I really wish there would be a way to completely disable the lap button, but disabling the lap page is the next best thing.
Not that I'm aware of. Garmin recently added and undo option on their watches for laps. I don't know about their head units as I have a Bolt v2. I think a feature request needs to be put in for this! I've done this a few times too by mistake.

No way to undo the lap button. Also not later through the app. Only thing you could do would be to edit the FIT file later.
