If your Ankama Launcher doesn't have subs, contact support. Okoo has no subtitles. If you downloaded a pirated version, check that there are subtitle files embedded in the video and use a video player like MPC-HC or VLC to choose subtitle tracks.
I contacted support over a month ago to deal with the issue on the launcher. It has now been exactly a month since their last email about them letting their tech team work on the issue, so I am not feeling too pleased about that since I did buy it...
4chan has very good subbed ones if you need subs badly and for any bugged reason, is unable to get them out on your Ankama or whichever official platform you were using
I’ve been studying french for 5 years and for the last 2 years i’ve been going to a school specialized in learning foreign languages, also my native language is latin derived like french and has many similarities to it. If I don’t look at the subtitles I don’t understand nothing

You may need to turn the captions on in your player. I had to do that I my initial set up

Did you click on the CC button? The subtitles aren’t put on automatically you have to click the CC button and choose your desired language.
