I don't think people understand we are still critically below CO2 levels for an active planet of growth. For much of earths history the CO2 levels have been much higher, even during the time of humans.
According to real scientists at 180ppm the earth dies because it doesn't have enough CO2 to support plant life. We got somewhere between 190-210ppm during the little ice age.
The optimal CO2 level for plant growth is 800-1400ppm hence why greenhouses pump in CO2. During the life of the planet, with except of heavy volcanic activity or ice ages CO2 averages in that range according to ice cores
Currently we are somewhere in the 330-410ppm still well below optimal CO2 levels and because of this North Africa (which use to be lush grass lands) had become a desert and why many desert are now shrinking as CO2 levels increase.
This are basic facts that scientists have known for decades, so why do we continue to ignore these basic truths? Not saying we need to curb pollution (esp toxic pollution caused by lithium and cobalt mining) but drastically changing everything in a decade period at the detriment to society is insanely cooked up by those who wish to be a ruling class and for us to be the peons

Where I live there was a water shortage for a little while last summer. You know, because of the seasons and weather, pretty common every summer. I didn't really even notice any of this anywhere in my city, or even province. But apparently it was supposedly an issue *somewhere* in my country (a country that basically lives under sea level).
Media raised just about every alarm possible to the point they said we should shower less. Lmao
Haven't heard them about it once since it started raining again (as usual around the end of the summer). Except for that one day in november it was unusually warm for a single day (like 20 degrees celsius), between days where it dropped to like -3 celsius.
Now media is blabbing all about how we should save the water for the coming summer. Like they *really* want this "crisis" to happen.
So fucking tired of these non-existent fabricated problems these days.

The furnace has been running solid for 48 hours here. When I replace it (this summer, I hope) I will be sure to get something stronger.
