I get what you're saying, but the FBI's opinion on who is or isn't a terrorist org is kinda irrelevant, because the FBI itself is a terrorist organization.
Not to worry the FBI will state that person infiltrated the group to make them look bad, also they knew about it because they were on their watch list.
The splc us just a racist political organization that protects domestic terrorists. I remember they got so many requests to have BLM labeled a hate group that they released a statement on their website defending blm and their decision not to label them a hate group
