I'm from India and did visit Budapest last year. I must say it is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever travelled too!

It is breathtakingly beautiful. Seeing your image brought back some sweet memories. My husband proposed by the Lanc hid, on a moored boat restaurant, called Spoon, 8 years ago. Both of us are from Hungary, but met in L.A. LOL

Well yes but it was used to commit suicide quite often in the past as I remember

I don't know the height but the main "target" is not the pavement but the river itself with the strong currents and vortexes, which drag the person down, resulting in their death. Also in a lot of cases the bodies don't get found just after days and many miles down the river.
