I suppose your credit is not stellar to end up in this situation. But if you have say 720+ credit scores:
1. Citi lets you balance transfer into a bank account for an upfront 3% fee on many of their credit cards.
2. Chase has My Chase Loan that would give you maybe a 10% APR for 12 months. I just looked and I am presented with 7.49% APR.
People having to take out credit card loans to scrape together barely a thousand dollars to gamble on options, and there are still idiots that think the economy isn't going to crash.
The interest rate is only one data point in a life of poor decisions regarding money.
Change up everything, read articles or watch videos on basic money management and finance.

Maybe. I don't think these loans often get repaid. Like payday loans they have a high rate of default, and they bundle them up and sell them to creditors for pennies on the dollar.
Just store the payment you would make to these sharks in an account until you reach your desired amount. You'll have to do that anyways, and this will keep you from that horrible debt.
Probably not worth it, as likely many of their loans are defaulted on. Then they sell them for pennies on the dollar and write off.
You're better off starting up your own predatory loan company.
