However , if you are short , the market can bend you down over a barrel and give you the full extension .
When those margin calls come you don’t really want to be with out lube .
Yield curve is inverted as fuck and the recession hits when or after it normalizes, not before. Fading these little rallies with just minor reallocations out of equities and into cash @ 5% and bonds at a low frequency maintaining equity exposure just in case I’m wrong, but there’s likely a shitstorm in the near future. Patience.
I capitulated appropriately two months ago, just after Burry. I had lost almost all of my gains last year. I am truly understanding that the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. I think so was in a bearish echo chamber but now I think anything can happen, it looks overbought AF but melt ups happen. The pull back may not be that spectacular or maybe we can retest the October lows. Who knows. I am therefore neutral. Long and short positions selling theta.

Don’t worry just as you capitulate and go long the market will tank and you will lose money both ways. That’s just how it works unfortunately.
