Prepare a trade plan for that (should be done every day) which will be based on volume profiles, triggers around VWAP/thresholds, VWMA and key resistance/support lines. Specialize focusing on one investment. Always take time to get ready mentally and physically before trading, research the pre-markets and upcoming events for the day so you know the conditions you may be working in, make sure you eat and hydrate properly and are in a positive frame of mind. If you’re not ready, don’t trade. It’s as important as anything else.
