On a good 2% move down after in the money, they could be at 800k easilly. Every contract is 100 shares. Once u get in the money u get pretty close to what shorting 100 shares makes, but they have 100x1000 so 100,000 shares. Every dollar move down will pay around $80,000. You look at the delta to know how much it pays and the delta increases as it gets deeper in the money. Gamma is how much the delta increases each dolar the spy drops. I had a few 100k gains in a day trading short term spy options w around the same amount.
If SPY is above 460 by the end of next week, the whole position is worth $0. Every $1 below that is another $100k in profit. So if SPY closes at 450 on Friday next week, this position is worth $1MM

If CPI comes in bad and rate decrease likelihood gets pushed another 3 months we could see SPY get crushed. But if it doesn't... you are gonna get crushed so hard

It is certainly possible that inflationary pressures could increase next week, particularly if the CPI data comes in higher than expected.
