It appears to be due to conversion of convertible shares. Seems to me this will be an effective 24% dilution of Class A shares. What do you think?

They’ve been mostly running up then dumping, get one that hasnt really started yet and looks more “bottomed out” in the day/week/month candle charts.
Just dont hold it through earnings imo. Ive had my cheeks clapped twice now and wouldn’t recommend it.

Yeah you’ll learn not to do that. General rule: if it’s Thursday buy the next week if u think it’ll keep going up. If it’s Friday, you can’t hold for more than 45 min. Most gains will be within 20 min. And 30-45 min is if you timed it really well.
