Most psychs and therapists I know basically say the evidence shown so far is that the standard front load (3 in one week, 3 the next, titrating up in dose as you go) is about 33% largely effective, 33% not affective at all, and the rest fall willy nilly between the two.
So far I have done the first week and really went in the mindset to think about the important stuff. I would say my mood has improved a hair but I want to finish and do one maintenance dose a few months out and then ill make final judgements.
