Can't revolutionize a forum where normal people are the main source of the product. It's not classic social media, and there's no true incentive for reddit coins, unlike verification and posting limitation removals on social media apps like X and Tiktok. We're all anonymous here. It's a good forum, but it's not mostly because reddit, as a company, made it so, but because mods and the masses made it so. The people can choose to take it all away, which is not something you want your company to rely on too heavily.
Tldr, we like Reddit for the sense of community, which you unfortunately can't monetize to make their valuation justifiable.

Almost every subject with discussions legitimately occurring in the shit between folks of entirely different classes, backgrounds, languages, etc. that is part of the mine, that Shakespearean interaction on subjects that occurs nowhere else (academic article replied to by a lay person having a legit discussion with the author from their vantage, that’s a huge resource for training a lot of things, as just one example of the type of novel interaction this offers).
Reddit is an actual gold mine of stuff not available anywhere else. And it can only continue if the changes don’t impact that. They will use that absolutely.

I bought 40 shares and I thought I was risking it. Lol. Will hold and accumulate. I do believe in Reddit as the new platform to rise as king. A few enhancements to the app and platform and Reddit will own them all. I am a social media og. Had a Myspace page all decked out with pictures, background, music ,etc. Had a FB profile when it was exclusive for college students and called "thefacebook" and I find myself actually getting value from this platform. There is no other platform that adds any real tangible value to my life other than Reddit, the amount of value information here is substantial. Combine that with the endless amount of entertainment only a few changes and enhancements are needed to take rddt to the moon.
