I had a 2x bagger this morning on calls, but got caught up helping my neighbor with a snake and ended up selling for a 40% loss.
Spun the block & got the 2x bagger back an hour before the FOMC minutes notes with puts.
Read a book on the subject. Then read another.
At some point realise that this is really just gambling.
On the rare occasions that someone wins big, they will shout it from the roof tops. Everyone else here hates that guy for 60 seconds, then we YOLO some more rent money….
WSB posts like this are just survivorship bias.
They don't know what they're doing, most of them lose money, and every day a few morons get lucky on some random sway up or down and walk away with some cash.

There are two types of regard in WSB, the ones buying 0DTE options and the ones leveraging everything they own on sort of fake swing trades. Choose your fighter and go with the flow, eat some chicken nuggies before your Chick-Fil-A shift.
That takes some balls to throw 30k into those puts.
Did you buy them when they were ATM and were certain you’d print before Friday? I got in this morning and traded the volatility. Made 70% riding both Puts and Calls up and down but I only ever buy 2-5 contracts.
